Friendly staff, especially Gloria, ensured a pleasant check-in experience. Upgraded to a room with better view, and even assisted in securing a close room for my grandparents. Comfortable and clean hotel with breathtaking design. Enjoyed a romantic stay in the Pool room, beautifully arranged. Spectacular view of Pudong skyline from the pool.

Located in a prime area close to the ferry and a bustling shopping district, the hotel boasts of an excellent location. the breakfast at Oceans restaurant was superb, and the staff went the extra mile to make it a memorable experience. the room and bathroom were spacious, with top-notch facilities such as a rain shower and comfortable bedding. the view from the room was breathtaking, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day.
The pool area seemed a bit overcrowded, which could be a negative aspect for some guests.

We recently spent Christmas at a hotel and had an amazing time. The view from our room was stunning, with a huge window that allowed us to see the city's skyline from a unique perspective. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the gym, which was well equipped and had everything we needed.
That the check-out process was a bit slow, which meant we had to leave earlier than planned to make our flight. we were a bit disappointed that taxes were not included in some of the prices, which made things a bit more expensive than we had anticipated.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful during check-in, and they spoke English well, which was a plus. The room was excellent and clean, and the housekeeping service was great. The response time for room service was also impressive. The best part was the view from the bedroom. It was hard to find a better view in this city. The iconic skyline of the city looked breathtaking, especially at night. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was delicious. The quality of the spa treatment I received was also top-notch. this hotel was worth the money and I would highly recommend it.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The Oceans restaurant serves delicious meals until late, with a variety of options to satisfy any palate. Guests can easily explore the North Bund area and vibrant Shanghai's surroundings by hailing local taxis right outside the hotel.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious and exclusive experience. the spa and wellness center was amazing, with a wide array of services to choose from. the indoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and helpful. My room was spacious and had all the exclusive amenities I needed, and the in-room breakfast was delicious. The bar/lounge area had a great selection of drinks, and the private facilities were definitely a plus. Cons: the only minor issue I had was with the location, as it was a bit far from the main attractions.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the Spa & wellness center was outstanding, allowing me a chance to relax and unwind with a massage. the indoor swimming pool was pristine, and the service throughout the hotel was impeccable. the room advantages were top, notch, with in, room breakfast being a highlight.
While most aspects of the hotel were exceptional, the Wi, Fi service was a minor issue. It was frustrating and time, consuming, making it difficult to work or write.

We absolutely loved staying here! The hotel was extremely clean and had great facilities, including a beautiful pool. The location was perfect - very close to the metro station and in a quiet area near a park. We also loved that there were plenty of shopping areas nearby. One of the best parts of our stay was the staff - they were incredibly helpful and friendly, even providing us with homemade cookies and tea recipes when we checked out.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, with a modern design that added to the overall comfort. The highlight was definitely the view from the room, which overlooked the river and the impressive skyline of the city across. It was a breathtaking sight, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was away from the overcrowded areas nearby. This allowed for a more peaceful and relaxing experience. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, accommodating requests and overcoming any language barriers.
While my stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few disappointments. One of them was the condition of the wooden floor in the bedrooms, which was worn and squeaky.

Despite being located in a mediocre neighborhood far away from anything, the hotel is very close to the ferry, providing convenient transportation options. Additionally, its close proximity to the river offers stunning views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as automatic curtains and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The staff is professional and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooftop bar, although in need of improvement in terms of service, offers a great atmosphere and incredible views.
The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant falls below expectations of a luxury hotel.

The hotel had amazing views of the city both day and night. the staff was always available and helpful. There was a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the city that was unmatched by any other hotel.
Some staff members were overheard gossiping about guests, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. A leader/duty manager was heard scolding staff members in the lobby, which gave a bad impression of the hotel.
